Hey Sweet Friend,
I've been doing photography professionally since 2020 (totally a covid quest turned passion)! I started out photographing events at my church, and from there I gravitated towards working with individual couples and families. Being able to connect with people and tell their stories is something so special to me - I do not take this job lightly!
Friends would describe me as gentle and laid-back, yet highly organized (enneagram 3 here) and a little weird (but aren't we all), which I believe the Lord has used as a way to create an easygoing and fun experience for you! While shooting, I'll provide just enough direction to make sure you feel comfortable and confident, while also giving space for the natural, unscripted moments to unfold.
My goal is for you to feel so at ease that you forget I’m even there, allowing you to fully live in the moments while I capture them!
About moi...
01: I'm a lover of Christ & everything about Susanna Kennedy Photography is for His glory. Nothing I have or do could be done apart from Him, and I consider myself extremely blessed to be able to capture people's most precious moments for a living!
02: March of 2024 I married the wonderfully goofy (and hot) Connor Kennedy, and I couldn't do any of this without his unwavering support. He's my best friend, and I couldn't imagine life without him.
03: I'm an extroverted-introvert, which means I absolutely LOVE meeting and celebrating you! HOWEVER, that also means that I need to spend a good 3 hours sitting on my couch alone staring at absolutely nothing to recover afterwards.
04: I also have a ton of hobbies! I play guitar and knit and cook... if you know you know. I also am a rip-off Joanna Gaines (if you ever need help decorating, I got you), avid Target customer, amateur painter, and I would LOVE to get to know YOU!

I firmly believe that life doesn't just happen to you, but rather that we have a good and perfect God who delights in knowing and blessing his children.
That is why I do this!
I believe those blessings, whether it's marrying the love of your life, graduating college, or welcoming a sweet little baby into the world, are all beautiful glimpses of the Father's goodness.
These "good and perfect" moments have the potential to serve as powerful reminders during the not-so-good ones... I believe pictures have the power to remind us of the joy to come!
